What is Our Payment Refund and Cancellation Policy?

 

Regarding Cancelation of Your Order:

After buying any of our import export data plans, it can't be cancelled or shifted to another plan.

 

Regarding Failure of Your Transaction:

If in any case, your transaction gets failed and your money is debited from your account into our account, then your whole money will be refunded as per the refunding time period.

 

Regarding Making Double Transactions:

If mistakenly, you did payment double or more than that, then your money will be refunded as per our refunding time period.

 

What is Our Refunding Time Period?

• Through PayPal, it will take 4-5 working days.
• Through Credit Card, it will take 3-4 working days.
• Through Wired Transfer, it will take 10-15 working days.
• Through NEFT, it will take 2-3 working days

 

What is Our Data Delivery and Shipping Policy?

• When you buy one of our data plans, you will be eligible for Searching and Downloading the Indonesia import export data sample in Excel format.
• The limit of downloading Indonesia customs data in excel will be 1000 records at a time.
• The speed of downloading trade data of Indonesia will depend on the speed of your Internet connection.
